As an AI Solutions Architect at Appen AI, she works with Fortune 500 technology companies and leading LLM builders to design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for large language models and generative AI systems.

Previously, as Vice President of Data Science at Orderly Health and Director of AI Lab North America at ATOS zData, Jordan drove technical strategy and innovation while serving as a key technical spokesperson for strategic partnerships. Her expertise spans LLM evaluation, RAG architecture design, and ML/AI pipeline development, with a particular focus on bridging technical innovation with practical business outcomes.
