Jordan Hagan is an AI Solutions Architect with over 14 years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise-scale AI systems. As an AI Solutions Architect at Appen AI, she works with Fortune 500 technology companies and leading LLM builders to design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks for large language models and generative AI systems.

Previously, as Vice President of Data Science at Orderly Health and Director of AI Lab North America at ATOS zData, Jordan drove technical strategy and innovation while serving as a key technical spokesperson for strategic partnerships. Her expertise spans LLM evaluation, RAG architecture design, and ML/AI pipeline development, with a particular focus on bridging technical innovation with practical business outcomes.

A passionate advocate for knowledge sharing in the analytics community, Jordan has been a featured speaker at numerous technology conferences including PyColorado, Boulder StartUp Week, and Women in Analytics. Her combination of deep technical expertise and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences makes her uniquely qualified to help shape the content direction of this year's conference as co-content council lead.

When not architecting AI solutions, Jordan can be found mentoring teams and fostering collaborative innovation in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.

Why is being a part of the WIA team important to you?

When I first spoke at the 2020 Women in Analytics conference, I discovered something far more meaningful than just another professional network - I found my community. The warmth, support, and genuine connections I experienced immediately showed me that WIA was special. What sets this community apart isn't just our shared passion for analytics, but the way we lift each other up, celebrate diverse perspectives, and create space for everyone to thrive.

My initial speaking engagement blossomed into a deep commitment to help grow and nurture this incredible community. Through volunteering with both DataConnect East and West conferences, I've had the privilege of watching our community expand while maintaining that same welcoming spirit that captured my heart from day one. It's more than just an organization - it's a family of analytically-minded individuals coming together to support, inspire, and empower each other.
