To grow our storytelling skill-set, our associates have participated in storytelling workshops and classes to learn how to create effective stories that can influence decisions.

One example is the strong Hackathon and Learnathon culture that allows blended teams of business, technology and analytics professionals to join forces in creating cutting edge analytics work.

Nationwide has invested $60M in learning resources to Nationwide associates, which includes a robust curriculum around analytics and data sciences.
